Terms of Service

Koomzy and Koomzy Coin are separate sites run by the same operator, Koomzylabs, a Korean sole proprietorship. That operator may change later. This site is in English. Points stay on Koomzy. Land and the internal unit called VC are recorded here. This site is not a virtual-asset business and does not offer cryptocurrency.

The registration number and postal address will be added before a public launch. A lawyer has not reviewed this page. You accept these rules only when you join Koomzy Coin. This page does not claim a United States virtual-currency business registration.

Operator

• The operator is Koomzylabs in Korea. It also runs Koomzy. Contact: supportkoomzy@gmail.com.
• The two sites are separate. The same operator runs both today. If the operator changes, we will tell you by email before the change.
• If this site later moves to another foundation, your account id and the information we hold may move with it. We will send a separate notice before that move.
• Primary database hosting is Supabase East US (North Virginia, AWS us-east-1). Vercel Functions run in Washington, D.C. (iad1). These terms choose the laws of Virginia, anchored on the database region. Hosting location alone does not replace a lawyer’s review.
• This operator does not, by these terms, hold a United States money-services or virtual-currency business registration. No US company is named here because none is claimed.
• If a US registration is later obtained, these terms will name the registrant before trade, withdraw, or transfer can turn on. Claiming a free land does not create that registration.

Account

• A Koomzy account can sign in here. You join this site only when you accept these terms. Signing in alone does not join Koomzy Coin.
• This site may use your Koomzy nickname and email. It does not use your Koomzy points.
• Signing out here does not delete the Koomzy account.
• Deleting the Koomzy account also deletes this site's membership, land, and VC. That cannot be undone. Koomzy shows this in red and asks you to check a box before deletion.

No published price

• There is no exchange listing and no published trade price.
• We do not promise a market price, a profit, or the return of funds.
• We also do not state that a balance is worth nothing. A missing trade price is not a statement of value.

Land · virtual currency

• One land is free. You choose the cell on the map. Cash is not charged. Koomzy points are not used.
• One land per account.
• When identity checks are on, one account can be used per verified person.
• The Hearth is never for sale. Other lands open one block at a time. The next block opens when the current block is full.
• Koomzy points are not used on this site. Virtual currency stays here.
• Today’s scheduled release is 6,395.6441 VC for the whole site, split across lands whose owners pressed Mining here today. A check-in on Koomzy does not start mining. One land receives at most 1 VC that day. Mining runs until midnight US Eastern time. Amounts not shared stay inside the mineable cap. Already counted amounts are not rewritten when more people press Mining.
• The lock statement below is in a Bitcoin block. That proves the file. It does not place the coins on Bitcoin.

The Hearth share is created once. It is not a spendable balance. Staff cannot send it, grant it, or release it. This file contains no unlock key.

The SHA-256 hash of this exact file is submitted to public OpenTimestamps calendars. Those calendars write that hash into the Bitcoin blockchain and pay the Bitcoin fee. Koomzy does not run that chain and does not collect its fees.

Bitcoin does not hold the virtual currency balance. The site ledger must keep the same lock. Anyone can compare this file with the Bitcoin timestamp. If this file changes, the timestamp will not match.

Fees

• The operator does not take a percentage fee on virtual currency.
• No public-chain purchase or day record is written yet, so no network fee is charged for that. If a later version adds such a record, the network fee and any skip choice will be disclosed before you are charged.
• The lock statement is timestamped through public calendars. Those calendars pay the Bitcoin fee for that proof. You are not charged an operator fee for it.
• If an exchange is named in a later version of these terms, that exchange sets its own trade fee. This page does not set that rate.

If VC later becomes a virtual asset

• Today this site does not issue, sell, or hold cryptocurrency.
• If a later version turns the internal VC unit into a virtual asset, people under the age required by law, and people in countries that are not allowed, may be unable to use that feature.

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere.
• Venue and arbitration are not named yet. A lawyer will set them before public launch. A mandatory rule that binds the Korean operator still applies.

Trade · identity · transfer

• Trade and withdraw stay off. They stay off until identity checks are on and these terms name the allowed exchange.
• Identity verification is not required to claim a free land. It is required before send or trade. When it is on, one account can be used per verified person.
• There is no personal send to another person.
• An outside crypto wallet is not connected on this site. VC is a site balance only.
